| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy, which puts them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all major credit & debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the U. K. when you place your order, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may, if you prefer, send us your card details separately by post, telephone or fax. You may also pay by cheque or money order. | Delivery Options Postage and packing is charged by the weight of the parcel - £2.50 for orders up to 750g and £3.75 for orders weighing over 750g rising to a maxiumum of £10.00 for a 10kg parcel (maximum weight). Our U.K. Fast Track 48hr service is now available costing from £8.50. With this option, orders placed before 13:00 (1.00.pm) Monday to Friday will be delivered within 48hrs. Orders placed between 13:00 on Friday and Sunday will be delivered by 13:00 on Tuesday. This excludes Bank Holiday periods. A signature will be required on delivery and attempted delivery counts as fulfilment.
For international orders charges are applied variably, based on the total weight of the parcel. This is calculated automatically by the shopping basket and the calculation basis can be viewed by clicking on the button "International Shipping Charges" accessible from every page in the catalogue. | |
