Cant Sleep...

Aromatherapy sleep science says for a restful night, a few drops of sedating oils such as Lavender, Chamomile or Petitgrain can be sprinkled onto the pillow to aid relaxation and help natural drifting into sleep.

For lovely, delicately fragranced undies and linens sprinkle a few drops of a feminine oil such as Geranium, Lavender, Ylang Ylang or luxurious Rose onto the lining paper at the bottom of your drawer or shelf.

For the man in your life, use Patchouli or Sandalwood oils with Bergamot in shirt drawers or on a cotton wool ball tied in a piece of fabric and hung in the wardrobe.
