To
instantly revive tired, aching, itchy feet after a long day make
a refreshing
foot bath by adding 3 drops
Peppermint and 3 drops Rosemary
essential oils to a foot spa or bowl of hot water and soak for
10 - 15 minutes.
For extra pampering, place
some glass nuggets (available from gift shops) in the bottom of
the bowl or foor bath and roll
the soles of the feet over the nuggets to soothe the muscles and
massage tensions away.

Afterwards, give yourself
a foot massage with 3 drops each of Peppermint & Lavender essential
oils mixed with 2 teaspoons
of carrier oil.
