|Aromatic herbal baths using bath oils were made famous by the Romans and today this is one of the easiest and most pleasurable ways to enjoy essential oils, knowing that in addition these pure natural substances can do nothing but good to your body, a real beauty bath.
Close the doors and windows
to prevent those essential aromas escaping and run the bath before
adding 5 - 10 drops in total
of your chosen essential bath oils.
If you find it hard to get going in the mornings, try an invigorating cool herbal bath using stimulating, uplifting oils such as Grapefruit, Lemon, Rosemary or Peppermint, to leave you feeling fresh and alert.
Had one of those strenuous days when you've been on your feet for hours? To combat exhaustion and over-worked muscles, a rejuvenating hot bath with warming, penetrating bath oils such as Ginger, Eucalyptus, Pine, or Rosemary is just the tonic you need for your bath beauty session.
And in the evening to unwind and switch off from the tensions of the day, simply unplug the phone, light some Aromatherapy candles and lie back in a warm, fragrant bath inhaling the soothing aromas of Lavender, Chamomile, Clary Sage or Sandalwood bath oils to relax the mind and aid calm, restful sleep.
